Super Powder Mill

Super Powder Mill from Nishimura Powder is capable of grinding various types of rice, including white rice, glutinous rice, brown rice, and Riceberry. Utilizing a dry-milling technology, it significantly reduces wastewater production as the process requires no water. The resulting flour features a highly consistent particle size, with an average of 30 microns, while minimizing starch damage. This ensures a high-quality flour, ideal for further value-added processing.

SPM-R290

Feature of Super Powder Mill:
  • Ultra-Fine and Uniform Particles: Produces flour with a sharp and precise grain size distribution, achieving a fine grain size at D50 which subsequently reduces the load on the sieving machine.
  • Material Quality Preservation: Utilizes the Self-mill grinding method (which grinds among raw materials), which helps rarely cause starch damage and eliminates the danger of starch gelatinization.
  • High Production Efficiency in a Short Time: The method uses smaller impact power in grinding and crush finishes for a short time, with a production capacity supporting models from lab scale (as low as 10 kg/hr) up to industrial scale (max 1000 kg/hr for SPM-R1050).
  • Perfect Moisture Control: Can stabilize the water content ratio after grinding through the cooperation of a flash drying system.
  • Easy Maintenance: The machine is designed so that it is easy to open and close the casing, allowing you to clean it easily.
