Spring Conveyor : N-Conveyor
The Spring Conveyor (Flexible Screw Conveyor) is an innovative material handling technology designed to address spatial constraints in industrial plants, specifically for managing powder and granular materials.

Feature of N-Conveyor:
  • Structure & Transport: Constituted by an electric motor directly connected to a flexible coil tube for transporting materials from the hopper bottom.
  • Flexibility: The transport tube moves freely , allowing the conveyor to be installed and used in small spaces.
  • Contamination Control: The transport tube is completely sealed , preventing contamination or scattering and ensuring no pollution to the working environment.
  • Maintenance: Designed for easy cleaning as it can be disassembled without tools.
  • Suitable Materials: Ideal for conveying pellets and grain , including Food (e.g., Coffee, Rice, Wheat, Spice) , Medicine (Granules and tablets) , and Others (Electric parts, Bolt).
  • Powder Limitation: Not able to transport fine powder due to instability and the risk of bridging. A screw conveyor or pneumatic conveyor is recommended for powder applications.
