• Structure: The unit features a U-shaped trough (trough-shaped shell) surrounding the agitator blades.
• Liquid Addition: A small amount of liquid (e.g., fragrance, oil, coloring) can be added during mixing using a spray nozzle.
• Weight Control: A Load Cell can be installed at the base to precisely control the amount of material fed, as well as record the exact mixing weight for each batch.
• Material Discharge: The discharge mechanism uses a Flap Damper (on/off valve) method from the bottom of the tank, allowing for the smooth discharge of powder materials.
• Customization: The design allows for the customization of surrounding structures, such as the trestle, inlet floor, and inlet/outlet ports, for seamless linkage with other equipment.

• It is possible to apply a metal surface treatment that is easy to slip and difficult to adhere to the powder welt surface (SUS304).
