Air Knocker

Feature of Air Knocker: - Higher impact force at lower pressure and less kinetic energy’s loss due to light body made from magnesium alloy. - Tubing range up to 20 m without auxiliary equipment is benefit from special development of floating valve seat. - Impact force is adjustable by setting air pressures. - Multiple knockers can be controlled by 1 control box. Internal Structure and Principle: - Charging: The Compressed Air flows along the Valve Chamber and enters the Air Chamber. - Trigger: According to the setting on the Timer Setting, the Diverter Valve (three-way valve) is opened, influencing the differential pressure (Delta P) and triggering the Valve Seat to operate.
